Dee Dee Fleming
Have you ever been on a hot air balloon ride? I haven’t but have always been in awe
of how they work and what things must look like from midair, below the clouds but
above the noise. I am fascinated by the idea of floating through the sky, with the
ability to see clearly how things viewed from the ground seem so big and those
same things viewed from above, appear minute. I imagine how safe I am in the
basket of the balloon as it finds its rhythm in the air and joins seamlessly with the
sky, fading into the backdrop of the skyscape, using helium to fuel the ride.
Even as I write this, I can feel the feeling flowing through my body as I encapsulate the energy and one word comes to mind…free. I feel free! And as I breathe, allowing the feeling to encompass my entire being, I hear, “I Am Free” and I allow that phrase to anchor my being in this present moment and I can relax into gratitude and joy.
What was your experience if any, reading those words? Were you able to relax, just for a moment, and envision what it would be like to take a hot air balloon ride, allowing your imagination to take the lead for a moment, giving you a break, from whatever previously held your attention?
Sometimes a moment is all it takes to realign within your being. Other times, a moment is just a teaser giving you a glimpse of what lies deeper, and you need a little more.
The imagery of the hot air balloon ride is akin to the landscape of your life. The balloon is your life, your world. The basket is your being. The skyscraper contains possibilities. The air is your breath. And the helium is your healing. But who is going to pilot? Who determines the direction you go in and how to do it? The answer is you. You are the pilot, and I can be your co-pilot. You determine the direction, and I can guide you through the process.

Hi, I am Dee Dee Fleming, and I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, Life Coach, and Consultant. I have a B.A. in Psychology and over 3 decades of training and experience in coaching and consulting, spirituality, and connection to the sacred within. I received certification in 2022 and completed advanced certification in 2023. When I reflect on my time as a student, I remember three things that were vital to me when I was deciding whether to take the training. I needed a safe place to look at my wounding; support without judgment, and trust that I wasn’t alone in the process, so I could relax and trust the process. SIS and the Intuitive Energy Healing Training met those needs.
