LEVELS
Level 1: The Grounded Self: Energy Tools for Stability, Inner Peace, and Well-being In an Ungrounded World: 8 Modules
How do you find your center and stay grounded in an ungrounded world? This is a question that many intuitives, empaths, sensitives, and creatives face on their journey going deeper within.
In this 8-week training, You will clear life-long blocks that have kept you chronically ungrounded. You will learn where your center really is, tools and techniques on how to ground energetically, and why it will change every interaction, heal every relationship, and shift how you operate in the world.
Level 2: Energy Healing Through the Chakras: Transforming Out-Dated Core Beliefs and Aligning to Your True Self: 10 Modules
Receive in-depth training on the power centers that dwell beneath your physical anatomy that hold information about your soul, the divine power you carry, and intuition. Otherwise known as Chakras, in Level 2, you will experience the chakra system and explore the interconnection between them and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. In this level, we will practice deep energy healing work to clear blockages and invite life-force energy to flow freely through your chakras, making life as an empath or intuitive, balanced, and purposeful.
Level 3: Unlock the Four Aspects of Intuition: Align to Your Soul to Embody Your Purpose: 7 Modules
The first step in connecting to your intuition is understanding how and where your BODY is sensing energy and information. Whether you see, hear, feel, or know intuitive information, there is a reclaiming of your intuitive power when you can identify how your intuition is working in your body and where to tune into it. In your Level 3 training, you will learn how to identify your intuitive gifts as a clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, or claircognizant and gain clarity on what type of intuition feels most natural to you.
Level 4: Reparenting Your Inner Child: Heal Out-Dated Conditioning and Overcome Self-Abandonment: 6 Modules
Every person has an inner child within them. Yet, many of us go through life without recognizing the inner child in us that may have once felt unseen, unheard, dishonored, or neglected. By honoring the younger consciousness that exists within you, you can celebrate your inner child on an energetic level and heal any old conditioning or energetic blockages that are holding you back from being a full expression of yourself. In Level 4, you will learn how your healing journey necessitates a connection to your inner child and how to connect to this consciousness within you, heal wounds from your childhood energetically, and strengthen the connection to your childlike intuition.
Level 5: The Dance Between the Mystic and the Empath: Learn to Feel Energy, Stay Grounded and Connect to Spirit Guides and Angels: 7 Modules
Do you find that you take on other people’s energy? Maybe this manifests into bodily symptoms or a feeling of being a deep feeler, overwhelmed and depleted. Or are you a powerful co-creator with the Divine? Do you need solace, meditative time, and stillness to recharge and be inside your personal practices? This time can be mistaken for loneliness, separation and loss, but it is actually an initiatory process of deepening connection into the spiritual heart. Both empaths aren mystics have active inner lives. Mystics are upper body intuitives who can connect to spirit, spirit guides and angels, and empaths are lower body intuitives who feel energy. Some people have both and in this level you will learn what it means to be a modern day mystic and empath and how to work with the energy you are experiencing.
Level 6: Detoxing Your Energy Body through Clearing Cords, Contracts, and Tools for Soul Healing : 6 Modules
Some of the most profound tools in energy healing is how to clear energy from the body, how to cut energetic cords, and heal soul agreements or contracts. The key to empowerment in energy healing is not about learning tools to clear other people’s energy but rather unraveling the internal patterns and taking responsibility for transforming the energy within you. You will learn how to clear cords in a unique and profound way that is not about the other person. You will learn how your soul contracts help you access a deeper awareness of who you are and your path on this earth. You will also receive embodied training in how to clear energy from your body so you can live aligned to your own light.
Learn how to take responsibility for your own energy and release what is not yours. You will learn tools for cord cutting, contract clearing, space clearing, exchanging energy back, returning to your center, supporting your relationships and more.
Level 7: Discover Your Soul’s Journey: A Master Training for Healing Through Past Lives, Akashic Records, and Soul Retrieval: 7 Modules
As a soul, we have lived many lifetimes. Some of those lifetimes carry imprints and awarenesses that can aid in your healing journey in this current life. Learning how to access your soul’s lives through the Akashic records is a powerful asset to your healing. It’s also possible that your healing journey does not require past life healing, and in this module, we talk about when past life work is appropriate and when it’s not. You will learn how to access past life information in a grounded way safely. You will also learn how to call back your power from places it no longer resides so you can be in the fullness of your own energy.
Level 8: Past Lives, Akashic Records, and Soul Retrieval Training: 7 weeks
