We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is fair and protects the interests of our customers, as well as our retreats, programs, books, resources, opt-in events, and other functions, products, and services.

Please note that by purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to our refund policy.

Refund Policy for School of Intuitive Studies Retreats and Live Events

Thank you for choosing the School of Intuitive Studies for your retreats and live events. We strive to provide transformative experiences and exceptional value to our participants. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your attendance. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. We do encourage participants to make the decision to join the retreat from a very grounded and clear place; and for that reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all participants, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes but is not limited to, medical emergencies, personal conflicts, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen situations. In previous retreats, we encountered challenges related to cancellations and refund requests. These issues not only disrupted our planning and logistics but also affected the overall experience of other participants. To maintain the quality of our retreat and uphold the integrity of the program, we have made the decision to implement a no-refund policy. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, our no-refund policy remains in effect. In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, we will communicate alternative options to all registered participants.

    We believe that this policy allows us to plan and prepare for our retreats and live events effectively while providing the best experience for all participants.
    Please note that this policy applies strictly to retreats and live events.

We understand that this may seem stringent, but it is essential for us to uphold the integrity of our events and ensure that our participants are committed to attending. By implementing this policy, we can better manage the resources and spaces allocated for each retreat or live event.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer a full refund or a credit towards a future event, whichever you prefer.

 

 

For our programs, books, resources, opt-in events, and other products and services, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Digital Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a full refund.
  • Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item purchased directly from the School of Intuitive Studies (SIS) or Wendy De Rosa (WDR), please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.


    Please note that this only applies to physical products purchased directly from SIS or Wendy De Rosa. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for physical products purchased through other online or retail outlets. To ensure that we can promptly address any issues with your purchase, we kindly request that you reach out to us directly if you encounter any problems with the product.

  • Opt-In Events: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued according to the specific refund policy listed on the event page.
  • Other Products and Services: Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your product or service. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products, services, or events that have been abused or misused.

 

Assistant Policy: If a student chooses to hire an assistant through School of Intuitive Studies (SIS), it is important to note that assistant payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the time and commitment of the assistant, who may have already dedicated their resources and availability to the student.

While we understand that circumstances may change, we encourage students to carefully consider their decision to hire an assistant and commit to the agreed-upon payment. However, if for any reason the assigned assistant is unable to continue working with the student, we are happy to facilitate a transfer to a new assistant within a reasonable timeframe.

At SIS, we strive to provide exceptional support and ensure a harmonious relationship between students and assistants. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our assistant policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for further clarification and assistance.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY 

We also wanted to inform you of our Financial Hardship Policy.

We understand that unexpected financial hardships can arise, and we want to ensure that our offerings are accessible to everyone. If you are experiencing a financial hardship that makes it difficult for you to purchase any of our products, services, or events, please contact us at info@schoolofintuitivestudies.com to discuss alternative options.

We may be able to offer a payment plan or partial scholarship, depending on the circumstances. Please note that we have limited funds available for scholarships and cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide assistance in every case.

We value our community and want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access our offerings, regardless of financial circumstances. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
