I’ve always been empathic and intuitive, even as a child. As an adult, I sought personal growth and a deeper connection with my higher self and spirituality. A few health crises and “incurable yet mysterious” disease diagnoses over the years pushed me to find new healing modalities: guided meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka Tapping), and finally, Wendy DeRosa’s teachings.

After attending a few workshops of Wendy’s, I felt called to enroll in her two-year training program to become an Intuitive Energy Healer, knowing that in order to achieve that, I first had to heal myself. Through this process, I learned how to let go of old hurts and excess baggage and how to release energies that no longer served me. My relationships began to transform, including my own with myself. My spiritual connection was enhanced in new and magical ways! Synchronicities began appearing consistently as I tuned in and raised my vibration. I became a more radiant and happier person, more capable of joyfulness than ever before. And, as a sufferer of autoimmune disorders, I saw my health and energy levels improve greatly as symptoms disappeared. Most importantly, I learned how to assist others in accomplishing similar results for themselves. I was told by an assistant at the beginning of my journey that I would not be the same person by the end of the training, and she was spot on! I am my best self yet and have so much more to offer from where I stand now. I hope to have the opportunity to walk alongside you on your healing journey, so that you, too, can clear the way to listen to your inner guidance, heal and grow, and find your true path.

My healing style begins with building our connection and creating a sacred space that allows you to feel held in trust and safety for our work together. I use guided meditations to help you ground deeply, which is the essential foundation for healing to take place. I work co-creatively, utilizing your input and insights and my intuitive guidance, almost like a dance between us. Your body and soul know what is needed and will inform us by presenting whatever is ready for releasing, healing, processing, and the integration of the work as it unfolds. Our sessions will lead you to release, clear, and re-pattern the ingrained beliefs and deep seeded imprinting that have been getting in the way of your transformation. There is nothing that you need to know or have experience with in order to move forward with our work together. It is Divinely guided.

I live in Santa Rosa, CA with my husband of 34 years, and we love spending time with our incredible daughter who lives in Seattle. I love to ground in nature, to be in and near water, and am an avid swimmer. In addition to being a Certified Advanced Intuitive Energy Healer, I am also a Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner and have taught and led guided meditations privately and in workshops. I have a BA degree in Psychology and a MA in Education, along with Elementary Teaching and Reading Specialist credentials. Recently retired from teaching, my passion and focus now is helping clients heal and clear their way to a more enriched and fulfilling life experience.
